Bomie has a loving nature; she gets along with people, children, dogs and cats. We’re not sure of her mixed breeds, she has the pleasant traits of a Lab. and the slim built of a Greyhound. She is a typical playful young puppy, full of curiosity. She’s not shy or afraid of strangers, she can easily befriend with anyone given some yummy treats. Beside her beautiful upright ears, Bomie has a sleek coat and slim built which makes her stands out among peers. She loves to cuddle and give kisses; she would only go potty when taken outside. She can be a bit shy when introduced to new environment, but can adjust really fast and becomes a most active and lively member of the family.

About Bomie’s rescue:
Bomie used to wander alone one the streets, scavenging for food in garbage cans near by markets. She was often shooed away and went hungry. Thankfully, a volunteer spotted this friendly young pup and decided to take her out from the streets. Bomie was sent to the vet for a complete check up, and given regular diet. Her skin infection quickly healed and she regained her beautiful shiny black coat!

Bomie is doing very well in her foster home. She is spayed, and has up to date vaccinations and microchip. Such a wonderful little girl really deserves to have a warm happy home. Please open your heart and let Bomie reward you with her unconditional puppy love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bomie, a San Mateo Labrador Retriever/Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Greyhound for sale in San Mateo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Greyhound puppy from a breeder in San Mateo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Mateo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Mateo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Greyhound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Mateo paves the way for another one to be saved.
