Facts about Romeo (and BFF Blade!)

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Gray Or Blue (Mostly)
  • Age: Senior
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
BONDED BEST FRIENDS Blade and Romeo have only 2 good ears and 2+ eyes between them, but they make up for it in their intense love for each other and affection for humans as well.
Rescued from a tough life when they were thrown outside to survive on their own, they are two very happy love muffins, grateful to be indoors getting comfort and love while they wait for a new forever home.
Romeo,8, lost an eye to an injury and Blade, 13, is blind in 1 eye and has limited vision in the other but gets around quite well. He uses his litter box and is able to navigate on and off the bed and knows exactly where his human is at all times, talking and purring as he follows you around. Romeo is full of affection, LOVES to be brushed, combed, petted and LOVES his catnip! Both boys must have a sufficient amount of pets before eating. They would do best in a home without dogs or very young children.
Both boys have been fully vetted and are very healthy and looking for a home together where they can live out their golden years in the comfort that they deserve!

PLEASE NOTE: The first step if you are interested in adopting, would be for you to send us an email to Info@Lambertvilleanimalwelfare.org, with your full name, telephone number and where you live, as well as a few sentences about your current or previous pets, your living situation and anything else you think is relevant. With this information we can make sure there is a perfect match between our cats and adopters! Once we receive your additional information, our Adoption Coordinator will contact you to discuss further.
