Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bitsy is a 5 year old, 11 pound, female, shih tzu / yorkie / schnauzer mix. We rescued her from the South LA shelter. She is very quiet, very rarely barks. She had a rough start in life. We think she may have spent her entire life outside. She needs someone to love and pet her and welcome her into their home. She is a great lap dog. She is so sweet and grateful. Good with kids, dog and cats. She is very portable, you can take her anywhere. She is submissive and doesn't complain about anything, not a picky eater. No separation anxiety. She has the cutest underbite. Crate trained and in the process of being house trained.
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Adoption process includes an adoption contract and home check. Adoption fee for dogs are $300 - 500 and for cats are $175. All of our animals are fixed, vaccinated, and chipped.
If you are interested in adopting or have further questions, please fill out the application at LAAR.ORG under the Adoption Process page.
