I am a GREAT dog and I am ready to fit right into your home. I am great with children of all ages! I am house broken and crate trained – two very important dog traits! I am able to sleep in my crate through the night and can spend a few hours at a time in my crate during the day. I walk fairly well on a leash and will respond well to voice and leash correction.
I am pretty chill and laid back so I really like to relax. It takes a bit of time for me to warm up to other dogs, but no more than a few minutes. If other dogs are playing a bit too rough for me, I just let them know I don’t appreciate being jumped on. That being said, I am good with being an only dog in your household or part of a multi-dog family. Either way is fine with me. I can’t tell you if I like cats or not because I have never met one!
I am not a high energy dog since I am slightly overweight. I do like to play, but I just get tired pretty quickly. I have an advanced degree in cuddling and a masters in lounging around. Pretty impressive, I know!
Note from Foster:
Bailey is being treated for hypothyroid and is currently on a diet to lose weight. he is a very sweet dog and will make a family very happy
