Ideal home- We are requiring someone home all or part of the day to help Mookie with her house training. A home with wall-to-wall carpeting cannot be considered due to the fact that Mookie will eliminate any fabric floor surfaces. We are also requiring a house with a securely fenced yard to make it easy to let her out frequently for bathroom breaks. An experienced owner is also a must due to all the work involved in housetraining and helping socialize Mookie. Due to her small size, we are only considering all-adult homes.
Miss Mookie is a DOLL BABY! ;She is a wee 7-pound bundle of energy and love. She loves to play, play, play all day and explore the big world around her. She’s never met a human or dog that she doesn’t like. She LOVES to be near her humans and will kiss them any chance she gets. She enjoys snuggles and belly rubs and basking in your love and attention. She also loves playing with other dogs and routinely gives her foster brothers and sisters a real workout playing “tag.” Mookie is still working on her housetraining skills and will have indoor accidents daily until fully trained. Please keep this in mind if you are routinely gone for hours and/or have wall-to-wall carpeting or rugs in your home. Mookie's going to need a bit of work in the beginning but we think she is worth the extra effort!
We want to provide as much information about our foster dogs as we can, but sometimes it’s hard to do in a short biography. So that applicants can better understand the type of home a specific dog will do best in, we have included the Ideal Home section (see above). Please take a minute to read the Ideal Home section before applying for a dog.
