My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR WELCOMES STRYKER INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Stryker is a very handsome male German Shepherd who is approximately 1 yr. old and weighs 63 lbs. He does need to gain a little weight - 70 lb. would be good for him. Stryker was abandoned and taken in by a couple who kept him for 2 weeks and tried to find his owner with no luck. He was then taken to a shelter and was there for 10 days and again, no one came looking for him. An IDGSR volunteer was notified about him and he came into the rescue. Stryker is a very affectionate dog who likes to give kisses. He does know the sit command and was tested with s small dog and was fine around him. Not cat tested yet but he will be going to a foster home where will be able to learn more about him. What we know now is that Stryker is a nice and affectionate dog who would love to have a family of his own.

If you would like to make Stryker a part of your family, please copy the link and fill out an application.
