When we rescued Griffin, he had a golf-ball size growth on his front, right elbow. He was immediately taken to our vet and it was discovered that he has Valley Fever. He's been on fluconazole since the diagnosis in December 2016 and the growth is now gone, but he will remain on the medication for at least 6 months. Griffin also had 2 seizures in his foster home, but was treated immediately, responded well to the medication, and is seizure-free ever since! He takes his pills like a champ and his 6 month supply of medication will go with him to his forever home!
Griffin is house-broken, crate-trained, dog-door trained, neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $300.00. For the chance to meet Griffin, please complete an application at happytailsaz.org.
