Bow Tie is a 12-14 month old Black and Tan Coonhound boy that was left at a shelter by his breeder, along with Ascot and his brother, Bandana. He's extremely gentle and is learning to be a house pet. He is cratetrained and sleeps together with his brother in their crate all night. He is working on house manners; he is still a little bit shy when inside but really wants to be part of a family. He gets along well with all the dogs in his foster home and should be fine with a dog-savvy cat. He should mature to around 50 lbs. For more information please go to our website at

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption applications can be filled out on line at Our adoption fee is $200 plus any fees for transportation out of state if the dog is being shipped via airlines. Applications are thoroughly checked and vets are contacted to be sure the prospective adopter has kept up on vaccinations and heartworm treatment for their past pets.
