Important Note

SmokeyBob is best friends with Tootsie. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
SmokeyBob is a four year old male kitty that originally came into the FuRR program from a feral colony after being severely injured by a car...he lost some of his tail and spent several months recovering from a injured leg but recovered completely and can run and jump around just like it never happened...SmokeyBob is bonded closely with Tootsie, but could live happily in a home by himself or with another easy going kitty...he loves to be held and sleep in my lap, loves brush time (something he needs frequently) and playtime...if you are interested in meeting SmokeyBob, email his foster mom, Lynne at lynne29@sbcglobal.net or by calling the FuRR main number 501-661-0956 and leave a detailed message...

About FuRR, Feline Rescue & Rehome

About Our Rescue Group...

FuRR, Feline Rescue & Rehome is a non-profit rescue organization whose mission is to rescue abandoned, abused cats and those in danger of being euthanized in shelters. We focus on finding safe and loving homes for cats and kittens and promote the sterilization of animals in an effort to stop the overpopulation and suffering.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our foster cats are living in homes of our volunteers who setup their own individual visiting schedules. FuRR does setup adoption events at Pet Smart in North Little Rock every Sunday from 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm, CT.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption applications are required, reviewed and must be approved by the foster home prior to adoption contract completion. FuRR strives to place our foster cats in homes best suited for their individual personalities and needs so their new home will be their "forever home". We do require the new owner to allow home visits, if necessary and follow-ups a few months after the adoption and to contact FuRR if, at any time, they are unable to keep the cat so she/he can be returned to our program. Our adoption fee is $75 for kittens under the age of 6 months and $60 for cats over 6 months old. This fee includes basic vet care, sterilization and testing. Travel costs for out-of-state adoptions may not be covered by FuRR.
