Roger Dodger's Story...

My Name is Roger but my fosters refer to me as Roger Dodger!

I was pulled from the Hesperia Animal Shelter after my previous owners dumped me there.  I am a male, pug/min-pin mix, approximately 2 years old.  I was obviously abused because I was emaciated, duck and bat my eyes when you try to pet me or do anything.  I am a TOTAL love bug, love to get attention, sit with my person, fine with other dogs.  I do okay on a leash in fact I prance, crated trained and working on potty training.

I need my furever family, will that be you?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roger Dodger, a Victorville Pug/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Victorville, or seeking a Pug/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Victorville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Victorville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Victorville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Pug/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Victorville paves the way for another one to be saved.
