Here's what the humans have to say about me:
There are six puppies in this litter, all of them males, so you can imagine how hard they play and how much fun they are! They have also had a lot of hands on attention from their previous family, which included children, so they love people. All of them are good natured, happy and sweet puppies. Derby is so adorable with semi-short legs. His Mother is a black Basset Hound mix weighing around 40 pounds and Dad is a Husky mix, weighing around 50 pounds. I have photos of the parents if you want to see them. This sweetie is sure to bring about a lot of fun to some lucky family. He was born 10/17/16 making him 15 weeks and 28 pounds at the time of this posting (1/31/17). He will be neutered next week and will be ready to travel the week of February 20th – he will be fecal tested & microchipped the same day; he is current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
Derby is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and his fee does include transportation.
