Wobbles's Story...
Wobbles is a 2 year old, 5 lb. Chi mix girl who is a fun ball of energy. She loves to play with other dogs and anyone who will throw her toy. She enjoys walks and is a little shadow that will follow you everywhere. Wobbles came to us with white dog shaker syndrome (body tremors) so she was very unsteady and would fall over. We took her to a neurologist who diagnosed her and put her on meds. Within 2 weeks she was pretty much symptom free and will continue to be as long as she is monitored. Wobbles needs a home willing to keep an eye on her symptoms and who will keep in touch with her neurologist who would be happy to meet with her new owner. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and ready for a loving home. If you are interested in this sweet little girl, please complete an application found at and we will give you a call.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wobbles, a San Diego Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
