I'm Roxie, a 2 year old female Pit Bull Terrier mix. I am a Staff favorite! I was adopted as a small young puppy, but unfortunately my owner became ill so I was brought back to AZSDR. I weigh around 55 lbs. I'm a gentle girl that is patiently waiting for my forever home. I am very quiet and shy. I need a family that will be patient while I warm up to them. Sweet and gentle affection will help me come out of my shell. I love when people talk to me. I love affection and hugs from the people that I'm familiar with. I just need love. I am good with gentle dogs who give me space. However, I would do best in a home as the only dog. Older, quiet children that are patient with me are recommended. I'm a gentle silly girl! I love to play chase and fetch. I love love love toys and treats and hotdogs! I am housebroken, crate trained, and know how to use a dog door. I would do well in any kind of home (quiet or active.) A home with a yard would be ideal. No rentals with weight or breed restrictions, and he must be an indoor/outdoor dog and not be left outside. --- Adoption fee is $80. She is Spayed, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. To meet her, come to our location at 1102 W.
