Welcome to Katie's Roadside Rescue! We are an animal rescue with the primary mission of saving dogs that have been dumped in the country or by the side of the road to fend for themselves.

Pastel is a shy little girl and I thought the name was fitting. She is still checking people out and not sure whether to like us or not. She is greeting me with the rest of the litter and letting me touch her some. She wants loves sooo bad but just isn't sure yet. She is adorable with those big ears. I brought her inside to work on trust and she was automatically house trained. it was just natural for her. Because they are roadside dogs the breed mix is only a guess. I usually say they are whatever you want them to be. Pastel will require a patient family or even a family that doesn't want a lap dog. She is a good guard dog and will notify if someone is around but that does not mean she is meant to be a lawn ornament or stuck in a back yard.
