Meet this handsome fella named Damond! He and his sister Angel arrived at the shelter on Jan. 21, 2017 when their owners could no longer keep them. They are both very scared and unsure of their new surroundings. Very typical of many fur babies coming out of homes...but with love and interaction from staff and volunteers they should adjust with a little time. Damond is 4 years old, current on his vaccinaitons, and neutered. He sweetness will shine once he is back in a loving home environment which he is use to living. Stop by for a visit with this fella today and give Damond back the FOREVER home he deserves and misses.
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too. Maybe you will have some time for snuggle and love on us while you're here. It makes the cats time here more enjoyable to get love & attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery (some vets honor the voucher 100%)...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
