My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tip is an identical twin female kitten found abandoned in the country on a blustery, sub-zero winter night. She was with her twin, Tap, and their little kitten friend, Tux. They were starving, scared & freezing, looking for refuge, when they were led by an apparent heavenly guardian angel to the porch of one of our volunteers who heard their cries for help. They were so grateful to come inside to warm beds, treated to food for full bellies, and later the medical care they needed for respiratory infections from being left out in the cold as little ones during the brutal winter. We imagined them together resembling the movie "The Incredible Journey" as they trekked through the prairie seeking safety & love. What a journey they made, and are now recovered, happy & healthy. Tip & Tap are a bit more reserved and will take more time to warm up to a new environment, while Tux is a cuddler who would prefer to be snuggled into her person. They are bonded to one another, the three of them, but we know it is an incredibly tall order to find a home for three kittens. It is our hope we can at least keep the twins together as they would do best not being separated.

Tip is a gorgeous combination of Tiger Stripe & Leopard Spotted Gray & Black Tabby, born approximately early Fall of 2016. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given Revolution & dewormed. She has perfect litterbox manners & tested negative for FIV/FELV. Adoption fee is $100. We would love to see her adopted with her twin sister and are offering a two-for-one adoption fee of $100 for them as a pair! The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application.
