Important Note

Willie & Brownie*URGENT!* is best friends with Brownie & Willie*URGENT!*. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
BROWNIE AND WILLIE ARE IN NEED OF A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME TOGETHER! Willie is an adorable and sweet 12 year old male Chihuahua. He was turned in to an open-intake shelter with his best buddy Brownie, an 8 year old female Jack Russell. They are very bonded and we want to keep them together. The've been loved and cared for their entire lives but their owner passed away suddenly leaving them homeless. These sweet little lovebugs are depressed and confused at the chaotic shelter and are really missing being in a home. Do you have room in your home and heart for two deserving little seniors? If so, please email palsplace1@hotmail.com for an application. They are currently awaiting rescue/adoption from an open intake-shelter in southern, IL. Pal's Place works closely with them to help place their dogs into forever homes. We have only observed them in a kennel environment so we cannot say for sure if they are house trained or not, so adopters or fosters must be willing to potentially take on this task. They were house dogs previously though, so they most likely are. They may just need a brief refresher after living in a kennel. We would love to help them out, but all of our foster homes are filled. Pal's Place has no shelter facility and relies entirely on foster homes and paid boarding. We can only save as many dogs as we have adoptive or foster homes for! If interest is shown in them, Brownie and Willie can be transported to Chicago. They will be fully vetted and prepared for adoption or a foster home. If seriously interested in possibly adopting or fostering these sweethearts, please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com**PLEASE NOTE: IF INTERESTED IN FOSTERING YOU MUST BE IN CHICAGO OR IN A NEIGHBORING SUBURB( within 30 miles)**

•The adoption donation for the pair is $300. This donation helps to cover their medical expenses needed to prepare them for adoption.Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Brownie and Willie from euthanasia.

• Please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com for an adoption application and please put the name of the dog in the subject line. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder; sometimes the applications end up in there!

About Pal's Place

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small, foster based dog rescue. We rescue dogs from high-kill, overburdened animal animal control facilities and place them into loving and permanent homes. All of our dogs are in foster care or paid boarding and remain with us until a perfect home is found.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only once an approved application has been received. To receive an adoption application, please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com

Our Adoption Process...

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed, and vaccinated before being placed for adoption. An adoption application and contract are required. Our adoption fees vary by animal but are generally as follows:

Adult dogs $275 and up
Puppies (under 6 months) $375 and up

These fees help to cover the expenses of vetting, feeding and housing the dogs we rescue. We rely solely on donations to continue our work in rescuing needy dogs.
