Ak Litter Benny - Adopted 01.28.17's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Hi there! My name is Benny.

Somebody dropped me off outside someone's house in the country with my brother Skip. We didn't know what to do because we aren't outdoor cats. Luckily a nice lady trapped my brother and I so that we can find forever homes of our own and don't have to live outside!

I am a sweet boy and super handsome! Everybody always comments on how stunning my dark orange color looks again my pure white coat!

I use my litter box without any accidents and I like to scratch on scratchers as well. I really like cat towers too! So I would love to have one in my forever home so I can climb it and watch out the window each day! I like to soak up the sun.

I have to be adopted with another kitten. We do best in pairs. I could be adopted with my brother Skip or another kitten from the rescue. Or I can be adopted to a home alone if there is already a young cat in the home. The adoption fee for the first kitten is $50 and only $25 for the second so that is a great deal!

I would really love to find a forever home of my own so if you are interested in adding me to your family, please complete an adoption application!

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williamston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williamston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williamston paves the way for another one to be saved.
