Daisy's Story...
Daisy 1.5/2 years old Anatolian/Pyrenees/Shepherd mix & Basset Hound/Retriever mix
Daisy is a very playful and sweet dog. She loves everyone and just wants to play and be loved. She would be great in an environment where her human could be active with her or let her out in a yard. She has not had any accidents in the house, but likes to play and chew toys. At this moment she needs to warm up a little to other dogs, but I don't expect she would ever be aggressive because she is very passive in nature.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Austin Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Austin, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
