Meatball's Story...
Meatball is one big ole goofball! Big block head with a tall Olde English Bulldog shaped body. He is a spectacular boy that was pulled from a high kill animal control facility. He wound up at animal control after showing up as a stray at a house. The lady kept him for about a week before turning him over to AC because her 4 year old grand child was scared of the dog. She reported that he was very calm and great with the grand kids.
He is energetic and loves to be around people.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Meatball, a Washington American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog for sale in Washington, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
