My story

Greetings Peeps I’m Maddie! I’m an 8-month old Dachshund/Beagle mix and I weigh 20-pounds. Before I got in with the good folks at Mobile Mutts Rescue, I came from KY as an owner surrender, which has made me wary of meeting new people. But the way I see it is, their loss is YOUR gain! I love other dogs- playing, chilling and more playing with them so I would benefit from having a fur-brother or sister since I’m so nervous of new people. I probably shouldn’t live in a house with kids. No offense to them, but I’m afraid at first and it takes time for me to warm up to people. I’m working real hard at my house training and I’m doing really well so far! I am also a BIG fan of belly rubs once we become buddies, so that will be a must.
