Maui is a special dog looking for a special home. He is a 2 yr old Hound Mix. He's an affectionate boy with a special talent for climbing. A 6 ft. privacy fence is a must. Any agility trainers out there? This is the boy for you. He is good with submissive dogs and loves kids. Would not be good with cats. He really is super smart and would excel in a home with a family who has the time to train and give him lots of exercise. He loves his crate and knows basic commands.
Hail Mary Rescue, a 501c3 non profit, saves dogs from southeast Louisiana shelters with limited hold time and space. It is a foster-based rescue which gives pets the opportunity to live in home settings where they are house and crate trained, learn basic obedience commands, and are well socialized, many with children and other dogs. Exposure to cats depends on the foster's home. All dogs are completely vetted, vaccinated, spay/neutered, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Visit our website today, (www.hailmaryrescue.com) to meet your new best friend. If you fall in love with one of our dogs, please submit an adoption application, so a foster or volunteer to contact you within 24 hours. Thank you for considering adoption of a rescued shelter pet.
