Facts about Charlie

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Charlie is a big, awesome older gentleman, he's 9 years old. He was abandoned by his owner, but luckily he found his way back to us and we are determined to find him a loving new forever home. He’s a very unique dude with a complicated personality. He’s great for someone who wants sweet mixed with a little bit of sour. He’s extremely sweet 90% of the time and loves to rub up against you and get head rubs. However, he can get overstimulated at times and randomly lash out. (The popular phrase “Ouch, Charlie bit me!” definitely applies here). I think having access to both indoors and outdoors would be a good option for him, since we think he’s used to being outdoors and would benefit from having that option of going outside and not feeling trapped and agitated in an indoor environment. He does not get along with other animals, so he would probably do best as the only animal in the household. He also wouldn’t be an option for people with kids. If you want a super sweet older cat and don’t mind the occasional nip, Charlie’s the cat for you!
