My story

Approx. birthdate: February 2014. Meet Blanca! Blanca was abandoned along with her 7 puppies that were only one month old under a bridge in the highway. Thankfully, someone stopped them in time, and waited with her until their rescuer arrived. Blanca's puppies all found homes, but sadly, she had to stay behind until she was treated for heartworm. Now 10 months later, she is finally ready to find her new home! She is a big lap dog, loves attention, and gives lots of kisses. Blanca is also very high energy and loves to run up to you and give you a hug. She is great with other dogs and loves children. However, she cannot be around any cats or chickens. She has a very high prey drive. If you are interested in Blanca, please fill out an adoption application. Once we have an approved application, we will be able to fly her in from Puerto Rico and give her the forever home she deserves.
