Queenie is a two year old Parson Jack Russell who came from a kill shelter with a litter of 7 puppies, just minutes from being put down. Upon arrival, Queenie and her brood were starved and very cold. She is a very sweet girl, loving and friendly. Queenie gets along with dogs larger than herself, but would much prefer to be an only dog. She would be a good house dog, but needs to be crated when her people are away from home. She is a K9 Houdini and will climb any type of wire fence. A doggie door leading out to a privacy fenced yard or acreage would be ideal. Queenie really is a super dog though, and she adores kids. Her adoption fee is a tax deductible donation to the rescue in the amount of $250.
