Facts about Zay-Zoon

  • Breed: French Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier Mix
  • Color: Brindle
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Last month a long-time client of ours made a desperate plea: they had abruptly left town leaving behind three dogs in an abandoned trailer. It’s hard to imagine, but there was no time to question their urgent plea and only time to act right on the spot. The dogs were locked in a room and food and water was running out. Knowing that these dogs had no other option, A.S.K. responded to their rescue. Zay-Zoon, a 13-year old house-trained dog, lost her family that day.

Zay-Zoon is a youthful, people-person! She is really outgoing and wags and dances for everyone she meets! Zay-Zoon has a lot of energy despite her older age, and has been fully vetted. She’s house-trained and gets along with cats. While Zay-Zoon was rescued with two other dogs, she will do best either in a single dog household or one where the dogs are very laid-back and will not engage her in play, or teasing. Little dogs are not recommended.

Zay-Zoon would love to meet interested parties. Please contact A.S.K. at 877-596-7776 or via Facebook at for an adoption survey. Zay-Zoon’s adoption fee has been paid by a generous angel who wants her to have the best home ever!
