My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet GAVIN!!
This handsome little Long Hair Chihuahua mix senior boy is approximately 10 years old and has lots of life and love to give. He is 6-7 pounds, and is neutered. He gets along with other dogs, but seems to enjoy his alone time, or having you all to himself. Gavin does great in a crate, and waits to go potty outside if kept on a schedule. This boy is a gem and would be a great companion for a single person or retired couple. He prefers wet/canned food. Must be an indoor dog.

Gavin is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and is micro-chipped.

Preferred home is low activity, has a secure fenced in yard, and no children please.

Gavin is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area if adopted.

Local adopters must meet same requirements as out of state adopters.

Adoption fee is $170, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185. Air travel, at airline rates plus the cost of a crate and crate accessories, possible.
