My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lana is too sweet to pass up! Her inquisitive nature and playful spirit is hard not to fall head over heads in love with! With some training and fun experiences you’ll have a running mate for life! Lana is very loyal and protective of her handler and bonds very well. This charming soul will be in utter bliss when she finds her forever family!

Big Fan of: Walks and running, going the park. Just running in general! Lana is very friendly and receptively shy her first encounter with you but afterwards her bubbly personality comes out like no other! She is such a happy sort; your low days are behind you, knowing Lana is at home waiting to have adventures and to be with you! Like most young dogs, Lana is very active and playful. In her new home, she would benefit from daily exercise, play time and definitely a good run mate/companion. Lana would make a good addition to a home with other dogs preferably with older children 8 and up.

Special Features: Lana is still working on and getting use to interacting with cats and other dogs due her young age and lack of interactions. Because she is very young she can get anxious in new situations and can get overwhelmed easy. Lana will need a dedicated adopter who can help in her progression in obedience training, reassurance in coming into her own. As well as when in overwhelming situations comfort and reassurance in feeling safe and at ease when needed. With guidance and a routine walking and exposure schedule, this kind mannered lady will become content and relaxed when being introduced in different situations and be a lovely, inseparable addition to your family.

Dream home: An active, experienced dog owner/family to understand her insecurities with different situations would be ideal. She would do great with other dogs in the home. She loves frequent access outside, especially with a companion to run and play with. Lana would love to join a home with another dog friend and of course you! Due to Lana’s age she is not recommended to be placed in a home with small children.
