My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Moonpie, or Moon for short. My Foppa says I am a gorgeous girl with a big heart and a beautiful happy spirit. My first 6 months of life have been more than rough. I've defeated Parvo, only to be attacked by another dog. But I handled it all in true Pittie fashion, like nothing happened.

When I arrived at MVPC, it was clear I had little to no training. They said I was a 10-week-old puppy in a 6-month-old body! I like to live life at full speed and everything excites me! I LOVE my hoomans, and like to be with them (preferably ON them). I also love to snuggle up and nap. I adore the other dogs in my foster home, but I am still learning proper play. I also really like long walks, backyard zoomies with my siblings, and chew toys. My foster parents say I'm very bright. I am working on housetraining and I'm mostly crate-trained, but I do talk a lot if I haven't been worked or I need to go potty. I have mastered sit, down, and here... I'm working on stay! I love to learn and I love treats.
