My name is Sidney. I am a 10-11 month old Beagle, currently 23 lbs and appear to be house broken.
I am very loving and sweet and like to play outside . I am trained to sniff out drugs at the airport, but I didn't make the final cut for the job because I'm overly friendly and not really interested in working. I'd much rather sit on the couch and watch TV with you. I'm not much of a barker or whiner either!

I am neutered, up to date on vaccines and HW negative. I REQUIRE a FENCED IN YARD due to just being a hound dog and following my nose wherever it may take me--electric fences are not ok for me. I think older kids may be better since sometimes I jump up when I'm excited. I'm really looking forward to having a family to call my own and a yard to play in!

Our dogs have an adoption fee that ranges from $375-$500. To ensure our pets go to the best possible homes, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT WITHIN A 30 MINUTE DRIVE FROM Nanuet, NY unless we have a representative in your area to complete the home inspection.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sidney, a Nanuet Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Nanuet, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Nanuet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nanuet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nanuet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nanuet paves the way for another one to be saved.
