Capone is as sweet and gentle as they come! He is the perfect size to snuggle up on your lap and give you lots of kisses. He is an absolute delight and has completely melted the hearts of everyone he has met! He loves people!
This poor little guy somehow found himself stuck in an outdoor only pound in rural Oklahoma with no adoption program and no way out... thankfully Dolly's Legacy saw his cute freckled face and knew we needed to find a way to get him out of there. He made the long journey to Nebraska where he has been thriving in his foster home, showing more of his amazing personality daily.
Capone is a very smart little dog; he already knows how to sit and is quickly learning other things too- including good manners! He loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home (does fantastic with dogs of all sizes), and has been very respectful and loving to the kitties and small children in the home as well. He rides well in the car, does great in his kennel, is learning how to walk on a leash (never pulls), and is making improvements on potty training everyday (he has even started going to the door and scratching when he wants to go out). He loves treats and takes them very nice and is not possessive of his food or toys- which he also loves. This adorable pup is going to make a very lucky someone a dear and loyal companion. He is an absolute gem!
Capone appears to be a Mini-Aussie, estimated to be 10-12 months old, and weighs 23 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated (rabies, distemper/parvo & bordatella), microchipped, given flea/tick preventative & dewormed. He tested negative for heartworm disease. Adoption fee is $300. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled AFTER your application has been approved.
