Tiger's Story...
Welcome Tiger. Tiger came in as a dumped kitten that was found as a stray. He only weighed 1.5 ounces. No one expected little Tiger to live. Rachel bottle fed him and loved on him until he now weight 2.7 pounds. He is a cuddly and very affectionate kitten because of being handled so much as a baby. This will be one of the hardest kittens for Rachel to let go to a home. We are looking for a wonderful adopter that would like an affectionate Tabby with a very loud motor when he sees his “momma.” He likes to be held on your shoulder and cuddled. He is up on all his shots, healthy , free of the cat viruses and ready for his forever home. He can be delivered to the East Coast once we have found the perfect adopter. Adoption fee is 75 and transport is 75. Contact me for an application.

Act quickly to adopt Tiger. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger, a Pluckemin Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Pluckemin, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Pluckemin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pluckemin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pluckemin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pluckemin paves the way for another one to be saved.
