Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you want a close, loyal companion, then Ebony D is the dog for you. She is a beautiful, healthy, five year old, black female Lab who weighs 79 pounds. Her black hair is shiny the way a black Lab’s hair should look.
She came into SCLRR from a local shelter being turned in by her owner.
Ebony D is very sweet but must have been mistreated in the past as she needs time to trust people. She is very shy in the beginning but once she gets to know you she warms up to you. She likes to go for walks with her foster family.
Ebony D knows the commands to stay and to sit. She is getting alone well with her furry foster brother but we can tell she would like to be an only dog just to have all the attention on herself. She is also good with the cats in her foster home.
She will be a wonderful, loyal companion. Ebony D will love to have a quiet home with not a lot of people coming in and out of the house as she is still shy of new people. For more information on Ebony D, please contact your family representative.
