Yuki (Neutered)'s Story...
"Yuki" is a handsome 6-month old male Siamese mix kitty who was surrendered by his owner on February 3, 2017 along with his siblings (Lady Godiva, Luna, Princess, and Sylvester).

"Yuki" has a white short smooth coat with subtle cream highlights, a long tail, and an adorable face with a dusting of gray on the top of his head. He has beautiful green/gold eyes and a pink nose.

This little guy is a real lovebug and purrs constantly. "Yuki" has a calm, quiet disposition and a lovable, easygoing personality. He was the perfect gentleman while he had his Petfinder/Facebook photos taken :) Yuki's is of Japanese origin and translates as 'snow' .. the color of his beautiful coat.

"Yuki" and his sister "Lady Godiva" are sharing a tower in the hallway of our shelter and are very bonded with each other. They are usually snuggled up with each other and grooming one another. We've love to see them adopted as a pair.

"Yuki" was given vaccinations and wormer on February 6, 2017. He was neutered on February 8, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine.

"Yuki" was combo tested on March 14, 2017 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm (which is also fantastic news for his siblings) :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yuki (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
