Poe (FCID# 01/26/2017 - 42) is ~ 1 1/2 years old and was rescued back in January along with 22 friends from an eviction situation. Poe is one of two kitties (Linus is the second) left from the group and he would be oh so grateful to find his very own forever family to love and take him home.
Poe is a good kitty who likes to play and he wants attention. Poe can be shy at times but all he needs is reassuring words, soft rubs on his head, a smile and a little understanding that he is a bit lost where he is and what to do. Knowing Poe is able to build trust and wants to interact with people just image the difference you will make in his life by adopting him. Consistency can absolutely transform the lives of cats like Poe where bonding is especially important.
For Poe a forever family and home means everything. If you will give him the chance he will be able to feel secure and become carefree and playful like other kitties his age.
Please note almost every cat from the eviction went through the same adjustments. All that have been adopted are loved by their families. Based on when they were adopted some are doing excellent and their beginning no longer influences their today and tomorrows. A few adopted more recently are doing well with the ongoing love and patience of the families who are making sure they are successful.
Your Patience + Your Love + Forever Family/Home = Poe's Happiness. Pretty simple formula for the awesome cat lovers like yourself.
Poe looks forward to spending time with you so you can see just how special this little guy is going to be when he has you to love him forever.
