Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Laurel Rose was rescued from Gatlinburg Tennessee a month after the devastating fires. She was not identified as a Lost or Missing kitten. This little girl was a professional dumpster diver. She made her way between hotels garbage cans in the stillness of night. At daybreak she would disappear only to resume her rummaging after dark.
Although Laurel Rose is shy in the beginning she warms up given a little time. Her not so convincing hiss has no swatting or action behind it. She wants you to be cautious of her but those adorable huge eyes and desire to be loved on will not let her pull it off. Do you enjoy talking to your pets? Well this kitty responds well when you speak and talk sweetly to her. The purr-box turns on, she starts rolling around and kneading up a storm.
Her favorite toys are feathery wand teasers and any object small enough for her to bat around on the floor. After the proper introduction we believe she would enjoy having a kitty friend to play with. She is completely litter box trained and enjoys her morning naps under a heavy blanket.
She is fostered in Huntsville, Al. Email info@forrescue.net
