My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goose is a spunky terrier mix who needs an experienced owner or someone with terrier experience. Goose takes a while to warm up but once he does he’s a pretty cool guy. When Goose first came to our rescue he was ornery and grumpy but that seems to have turned around quite a bit. Goose now let’s his foster mom pet him, and hold him. Goose can guard stuff so we recommend a home without children. He really needs an adopter who is willing to go slow with him. Goose does like other dogs, he is currently being fostered with dogs of all sizes, but you have to be mindful of his guarding. Goose would also benefit from a home with a yard, he likes to try to get everything when he’s on his walks. He’s a typical terrier who has a high prey drive and would make an awesome mouser if that was a profession. Goose is a young guy at only 2 years old, he is tiny weighing in at 10 lbs. Goose is a very special guy and he needs a special family that will love him and all of his quirks.
