Brooklyn is a sweet and spunky chihuahua about 7 years old. She has a very endearing little temperament. Brooklyn loves to be cradled and held. She is confident and does not shy from household appliances or fast movements as she watches - or catches a ride in your arms - as you work around the house. She prefers to be around people, but she is also GREAT with small dogs and dogs she has had a chance to get to know. She has in fact made best friends with one of her foster siblings, Sassy. You will see one of the photos of her and Sassy sleeping together. Brooklyn is VERY smart. She is highly responsive to her name and will turn around and come when called the first time! She gently takes treats from your hand. She stood out at the shelter when she did the cutest little twirl on her hind legs. She still does her little dance. Brooklyn loves adventure. Whenever she is out-and-about, she has a huge grin on her face and looks up at the person on the other end of her leash with such joy and gratitude. She really makes you feel special!
