Micky & Ricky's Story...
Micky and Ricky are two adorable, outgoing, fearless nine week old kittens. They are as cute as can be. The boys would be better off going home together since they play so well. Neither one is dominant over the other and they both have lots of energy. It would make it easy for all. ADOPTION TIP: If you have a senior cat and want to add a new member, two is best. They will play with each other and your senior cat can join them when they want to or just sit back and watch. Please fill out an application on our website www.hucatrescue.org and call or email us. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Micky & Ricky, a Bristol Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bristol, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bristol.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bristol already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bristol breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bristol paves the way for another one to be saved.
