Aggie's Story...
Introducing Aggie. She is EVERYTHING great about rescue puppies. Aggie found herself as a stray puppy in Memphis and ended up at the city pound. She was very scared in the loud shelter environment- she wanted nothing more than to disappear but when we talked to her, her little tail gave the sweetest wag. Now that she is settled into her foster home, she's had the most amazing transformation. She is beautiful and affectionate, yet goofy and clumsy and will make you smile constantly. Aggie is extremely loving and loyal. She loves to cuddle on the couch and adores cuddling and playing with other dogs. She is fostered with two big male dogs, but is great with dogs of all sizes. She is going to make someone an amazing pet and we can't wait to see who the lucky family is. Her adoption fee is $500 and will includes her spay surgery, microchip, vaccinations, fecal exam/deworming, heartworm prevention and health certificate and transportation from the Memphis area to your area upon adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aggie, a Brattleboro Boxer/Mountain Cur puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Mountain Cur for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Boxer/Mountain Cur puppy from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Mountain Cur breeders who help with Boxer/Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
