My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruce is the only boy in his litter. His mama, Danielle, was rescued from a rural southern kill shelter the day she delivered her puppies. Bruce is the largest of the litter (typical of males) but we don't expect him to be a large dog. His mama is only about 35 lbs. and can best be described as a very petite shepherd mix. We have no idea what Bruce's dad was mixed with. The last photo is a picture of their mama when they were first born.

Bruce is 8 weeks old and will be ready for adoption on February 18. He has been dewormed every 2 weeks since he was 2 weeks old. He has received his first round of puppy shots and bordatella vaccine. He is about 80% pee pad trained. He has not been outside yet due to the cold weather. Bruce has never been crated. He is used to lots of other dogs being around and he sleeps through the night in the foster's bed :)

Bruce will be available to meet at our adoption event on Saturday, February 18, from 10am-1pm at the Petco located at 545 Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park, MD. Adopters who are approved ahead of time will still need to wait to adopt until at least Feb. 18, to give the puppies time to heal from their sterilization surgery.
