GoldenEye's Story...
GoldenEye used to live outside of a woman's house. She decided that GoldenEye was so lovable that she deserved a home and a family to call her own. “This gorgeous girl is a love who may be timid when meeting new people, but as soon as you bring out the cat brush, she is a loving, purring ball of fluff. She is obsessed with the brush, in fact, when she thinks you are done with one side, she'll turn around so you can brush the other side. She also likes treats and will steal some from other cats if they are not quick enough.” Lauren, age 11.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GoldenEye, a Brimfield Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Brimfield, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Brimfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brimfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brimfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brimfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
