Honey is the most precious tiny pup you have ever met. She is so delicate and feminine you're drawn to cuddle and love her all day long and weighs next to nothing (7 lbs). This poor pup was never spayed and has already had a small litter of puppies of her own two months ago. When told, you can see jaws dropping. She's most affectionate, loving and being raised with cats and other dogs. This little girl is very deserving of a loving home though will do better without the rough and tumble of very small children since she's so tiny.
Honey is nine months old and weighs about seven pounds. She was surrendered with two of her puppies when they were six weeks old making Honey about 7 months old when pregnant. The owner had the audacity to try and get her back on the same day we had her spayed, but once he knew she could no longer be bred, he lost interest. This girl should never have been allowed to get pregnant when so young and tiny and we are ever thankful she maintains full health.
If you are interested in meeting Honey, or one of her pups, Biscuit and Bagel, at our weekly adoption event this Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
Puppies adoption fees range from $325 to $525 and always include the cost of Spay/Neuter, 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccinations, Rabies and microchip at 4 months when altered, 2 de wormings, fecal testing and medication related to worms, or parasites (coccida/giardia).
All prospective adopters are required to complete an adoption application available on our website, www.poochmatch.com. The completed application may be returned via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com. An acknowledgement of receipt and review will be sent to you within twenty-four hours. Dogs of interest may generally be met between the hours of noon and 5 pm on Saturdays at Petsmart, Yorba Linda, 5521 Mirage Street, Savi Ranch Shopping Center, adjacent to the 91 freeway. Exit at Yorba Linda Boulevard/Weir Canyon Road.
