Is there a mystery out there that needs to be solved? We have the original bunch of super sleuths here to help crack the case. Barnaby Jones, Columbo, Mike Hammer, Perry Mason, & Watson came to New Leash on Life from a local animal control and are searching for clues to finding their fur-ever homes. All these boys are tri-colored Beagle mixes with each one having their own special blend of coloring and personality. Watson is a 4 1/2 year old, black, brown & white and weighs 27 pounds. He loves to play with toys, he is social and enjoys running around however he is the more dominate of the 5 boys. Watson is neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated, and recently received a dental. You can meet this sweet young man and talk to the staff about reduced fees thanks to a grant from The Petco Foundation.**All New Leash on Life dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be allowed inside-especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a 'tie out' or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced in yard.**

About New Leash on Life

About Our Shelter...

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter, education and awareness.

Our goals include the following:

To educate the public about the importance of having their pets spayed or neutered, and to provide low or no cost surgeries for those in need.

To shelter and provide care for stray, abused, or relinquished animals.

To educate the general population about the seriousness of pet overpopulation.

To end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

To find good homes for the animals in our care.

Our hope for the future is that there will be no unwanted, unloved or abandoned companion animal. We will continue with our aggressive spay/neuter campaign and our owner education programs in the hopes that any pet ever adopted will find a permanent, loving home. We believe that with the involvement of our community we will make a significant impact on the welfare of companion animals, but we need your help and understanding. Together, will make the difference.
