Buddy is a 55lb lap dog :) He is such a cuddle bug! This adorable guy was found hanging out in an abandoned house in Detroit with Winkie (who has found her forever home). One cold day a group of nice rescue people came along and brought them to safety. Buddy is between 3-4 yrs old. He is very sweet, crate trained, and partially house trained. He is working on it. Buddy is good with small dogs, not sure about large dogs. He does needs a minute to warm up to new people, but is quite the lovebug once he knows you! He also knows sit, paw, and down. He has also mastered being housetrained. Being that Buddy was out on his own, a fenced yard would be best for him. Buddy is waiting to find his forever home!
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
