ZOE (R)'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

ZOE (R)'s Story...
Meet Zoe! She's a really pretty girl who is incredibly sweet and loving. She was turned into the shelter on 2/8/17 by her previous owner who said that she was turning her in because Zoe was afraid of the kids in the home, and while she mostly got along with the other small dogs in the home, it wasn't always harmonious. Her previous owner recommends a home without small children or small dogs. They did say she is house trained. Zoe is young at just a year old and weighs 69 lbs. She is current on her vaccines, spayed, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. Zoe's ID # is 591928 and she can be found in run 811.

When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ZOE (R), a Marietta Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
