SADIE's Story...
I am a 9 week old Hound mix and currently weight about 11 lbs. I'll need someone who is home a lot so that I can take much needed puppy bathroom breaks! I also love other dogs and could probably grow up being friends with cats or even a human brother or sister. If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application and send any questions to tailsoftheunwanted@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SADIE, a Charlotte Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
