Hello there! My name is Parker, and I am an orange and white, domestic short hair cat that’s around 2 years old, weighing in at 8.2 pounds. Although this short description might already make you want to take me home, keep reading so you can really get to know me!
Let me tell you why I’m the purrfect guy! I am extremely sweet, playful, and curious! I love interacting with people. I love catnip bubbles, the laser pointer, apps for cats that I can play with on a tablet, and lots of cat toys! I also like to pounce on large pieces of packing paper. My favorite toy at my foster mom’s house is a string tied to a stick that I chase around- it’s so entertaining for humans, and it’s so fun for me.
Although I love playing and jumping, I also am very content lying around. I like sitting in my foster mom’s lap or next to her, and I love a good kitty scratch under my chin. Now that I’m comfortable with her, I love it when she holds and pets me. You can tell I’m happy because I’ll purr. I also purr when I hear other cats, things that I find amusing, or things that I find pleasing. Speaking of other cats, I get along really well with cats. However, I am unsure about dogs (I think I might just need to warm up to them).
While I told you a lot about things I enjoy, let me tell you some things I don’t enjoy. I do not like vacuums because they scare me! Additionally, I don’t like getting my eyes cleaned. Although I am a very handsome cat, I think you should know that I have an old healed wound down my back. I also think you should know that I am looking for an owner who wants to take care of me and love me for the rest of my life. I can’t wait to meet you!
