My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Penelope is currently being fostered in HOUSTON. She is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. Her adoption fee is $500, which covers her flight to her new family, a travel kennel, and she is vetted.**

Penelope is a very loving and gentle girl! She loves to cuddle as a lap dog or is perfectly content lying on her doggie bed by her foster dad’s desk. She enjoys playing with other dogs. She was pulled from a high kill shelter and was very skinny from parasites and lack of nutrition. But now she is happy and healthy and ready for her forever home!

We believe Penelope is a Shepherd mix, about 3.5 months old and about 13 pounds.

**Penelope is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and doing very well in her foster home. She is ready to find her family to complete her transformation.
