Adelaide's Story...
Adelaide is 13+ years old and weights 22-lbs. - she is pure sweetness and every kind of adorable – a lovable little beauty who is on a serious quest for the perfect lap. She is a very gentle treat taker and walks like a little lady on leash. Adelaide was rescued from Harbor Shelter. At the time she had a grapefruit-size tumor on her chest. Adelaide has had surgery (including a dental) and has received a clean bill of health from the vet (the tumor was benign) though she does require a special diet because of allergies. Addie is ready for the next chapter of her life.

Adelaide is 12 years young and weights 26-lbs.

She is spayed, microchipped, and UTD on shots. Adoption process includes interview, application, home visit, contract and donation.

Southern California adopters only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adelaide, a Rancho Palos Verdes Miniature Pinscher/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Beagle for sale in Rancho Palos Verdes, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Beagle dog from a breeder in Rancho Palos Verdes.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rancho Palos Verdes already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rancho Palos Verdes breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Beagle breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rancho Palos Verdes paves the way for another one to be saved.
